Refund policy

Every Friends of Lake Concordia item is printed just for you when you order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Please check the size chart before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, or you received the wrong item, contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. Once we confirm it, we'll send a replacement. We'll only refund if a replacement isn't available.

We aren't responsible for orders lost or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. A package marked delivered by the carrier is considered delivered. For a package lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll file a claim with the shipping carrier.
